The Building Connections website provides a variety of resources, ideas
and connections aimed at helping teachers and pupils make use of the built
environment as a context for learning all across the curriculum. However,
often the most effective support for teachers can be accounts of the ways
in which individual schools have enhanced and enriched the learning and
teaching process. This section provides a wide range of case studies from
a variety of schools. The intention is to provide a rich ideas-bank that
will stimulate and inspire teachers to develop their own creative ways
of using the built environment to enhance teaching, learning and assessment.
It is intended that over time additional case studies will be added to
this section. If you would like your own school’s projects to be
included contact the Building Connections web site.
